1. Purpose of this website

This website provides general information about our sports infrastructure, flooring, outdoor fitness, children’s play, sports goods, trophies, indoor games, leisure and fitness-equipment solutions. It also provides ways to contact us and request a discussion.

Website content is for general information only. It is not a technical design, safety certification, professional advice, binding quotation, contractual commitment or guarantee that a particular solution is suitable for a specific site.

2. Enquiries and proposals

Submitting an enquiry or discussing a requirement does not create a contract. Recommendations, budgets and timelines discussed before a site review or formal proposal are indicative and may change when dimensions, site conditions, access, utilities, soil or surface conditions, product availability, statutory requirements and final scope are confirmed.

A project becomes binding only when the parties accept a written quotation, work order, agreement or other commercial document specifying the scope, price, taxes, payment schedule, delivery, installation, exclusions, warranties and other project-specific terms. If a project document conflicts with these website Terms, the signed project document will govern that project.

3. Information you provide

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to share it. This includes site dimensions, drawings, photographs, ownership or approval information, underground or concealed services, intended use, user groups, access limitations and regulatory requirements.

We may rely on information supplied by you or your representatives when preparing preliminary recommendations. Changes, omissions or inaccurate information may affect scope, cost, suitability and timelines.

Images, colours, layouts, dimensions, renders and product descriptions on the website are illustrative. Actual appearance and specifications may vary because of screen settings, site conditions, manufacturing changes, material batches, availability and project customisation.

We may change, replace or discontinue website content, product options or service descriptions without notice. Equivalent or alternative products will be proposed only through the applicable quotation or project communication.

5. Pricing, taxes and payment

Unless a formal quotation states otherwise, prices displayed or discussed are estimates and may exclude taxes, freight, unloading, civil work, electrical work, site preparation, permits and other project-specific costs. Applicable prices, taxes, payment milestones and validity periods will be stated in the relevant commercial proposal.

6. Delivery and project timelines

Estimated delivery or completion dates depend on timely approvals, payments, site readiness, access, weather, product availability, logistics and matters outside our reasonable control. Unless expressly agreed in writing, timelines are estimates rather than guaranteed dates.

The customer is responsible for providing safe and unobstructed site access, required permissions, storage or working areas, and site conditions specified in the project documents.

7. Safety, supervision and maintenance

Sports, fitness and play facilities must be used for their intended purpose and in accordance with applicable instructions, age or user guidance, capacity limits, supervision requirements and maintenance schedules. Facility owners and operators are responsible for day-to-day supervision, inspections, access control and taking damaged or unsafe equipment out of use.

Installation, alteration, relocation or repair should be performed by suitably qualified personnel. Unauthorised modification, improper use, inadequate maintenance, vandalism, abnormal wear or unsuitable site conditions may create safety risks and may affect warranty coverage.

8. Warranties and aftercare

Any product, workmanship or manufacturer warranty applies only as stated in the relevant quotation, invoice, warranty document or handover material. Warranty periods, coverage, exclusions and claim procedures vary by product and project. Website statements do not create an additional warranty.

9. Acceptable use

You may use the website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, server or connected systems;
• introduce malicious code, interfere with operation, or test vulnerabilities without written permission;

Liability relating to a purchased product or project will be governed by the applicable quotation, agreement, invoice, warranty and mandatory law.
